Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Replying to conference emails
  • Coordinating with the conference coordinator
  • Sorting and reporting online registrations (attendees, presenters, etc.)
  • Attending conference organizing meetings, noting the meetings, and updating the organizing committee (by email)
  • Reporting conference progress and achievements to the press and social media staff
  • Attending the conference for 2 days (date & venue to be decided later) with flexible timing
A local facilitator will play a key role as a member of the REPA team, supported by a dedicated team of 10+ colleagues.

Requirements and Qualifications:

REPA is looking for a qualified Social Media Marketing specialist to promote REPA international conferences and products (journals, books, etc.) based on a tangible outcome-based marketing strategy. Applicants should demonstrate knowledge and experience, especially within the academic domain, to handle the following tasks:
  • Digital and social media marketing
  • Developing marketing strategy
  • Designing and developing graphics using Photoshop or Illustrator
  • Producing advertisement videos using After Effects
  • Developing content for social media
  • Answering clients' and customers' inquiries across all social media platforms
  • Good communication skills, influencing partners and vendors

REPA seeks a proofreader and copy editor with at least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in English, technical fields, or related fields to academic research. Candidates should have experience in Journal Article and Conference Paper writing to identify and rephrase grammatical errors, restructure sentences, and ensure error-free text in adherence to academic/technical writing standards.

Contents detail:

All papers are reviewed by at least two experts in the field, ensuring the technical acceptance of the contents. These papers need language improvement.


Activities:
  • Evaluate manuscripts for sentence structure, technical writing style, grammatical and typographical corrections, while maintaining the originality of the concept
